RICHFX TERMS & CONDITIONS — SAMPLE TEMPLATE 1. Account Eligibility Members must provide accurate registration information and comply with laws applicable in their country or region. 2. Account Security Members are responsible for protecting passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes and wallet credentials. RICHFX will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. 3. Packages, ROI and Level Income Any package, ROI, level-income, cap, unlock or commission terms are governed by the current published RICHFX plan and may be changed prospectively where permitted by law. Historical credits remain subject to the records in the platform. 4. Digital Asset Risk Digital assets and blockchain transfers involve technical, market, custody and regulatory risks. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Members must independently verify wallet addresses and networks before sending funds. 5. No Guaranteed Outcome Nothing in the platform should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, token price, investment return or regulatory approval. 6. Deposits and Withdrawals Members must use the supported network and the receiving address displayed by the platform at the time of transfer. Transaction verification, limits and processing rules may apply. 7. Referral Conduct Members must not make misleading earnings claims, impersonate RICHFX, or promise guaranteed returns to prospective members. 8. Compliance and Account Restrictions RICHFX may request verification, restrict access, reject transactions or suspend accounts where required for security, fraud prevention, sanctions, AML/KYC or legal compliance. 9. Changes to Terms Material changes may require members to accept a new Terms version before continuing to use the member portal. 10. Legal Review This text is a software template and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel for every jurisdiction in which RICHFX operates.
